Coworth Park, Dorchester Collection’s country house hotel and spa is set in 240 acres of picturesque Berkshire parkland just 45 minutes from central London and 20 minutes from Heathrow airport. The 71 guestrooms, situated in the Mansion House and in cottages and stables, blend traditional and contemporary design with bespoke furnishings and equestrian-inspired artwork. Self-contained Cottages and Suites

A highlight of any trip would be a stay in one of Coworth’s 7 self-contained cottages. Enjoy a luxury stay at The Dower House where Prince Harry stayed the night before his wedding with Prince William or enjoy the epitome of country living in Coworth’s latest and newest addition – North Lodge which was originally the Gate Keeper’s Cottage.

Polo Fields and Practice Facilities 

Coworth Park is the only hotel in the UK that provides its own polo fields and practice facilities where guests can learn to play. Coworth Park aims to introduce this increasingly accessible and popular sport to non-players through Guards Polo Academy’s private and leisure experiences, allowing polo enthusiasts of all levels to get a true taste for the game.

Coworth Park Kids

Coworth Park Kids has transformed a whole house into a dedicated area for kids to play, bake, build and chill out with movies and games. Seven play rooms include a role play area with giant kitchen and train set, quiet room with books and dolls’ houses, and even a ‘messy’ room for baking and arts and crafts. Upstairs, the teen den keeps older kids entertained with movies and games – perfect for rainy days.

Partially submerged in the landscape the luxury spa enjoys breath-taking views, with floor–to–ceiling windows in the pool making for a uniquely sublime swim. Built over two floors the spa has eight treatment rooms (including two doubles), a manicure/ pedicure suite, relaxation rooms and a gym.

Polo

As the only UK hotel with two professional polo fields, Coworth Park offers a unique opportunity to enjoy this quintessentially English sport. The fields are managed by the prestigious Guards Polo Club, with fixtures throughout the summer social season including major tournaments.

Equestrian

Home to eight friendly horses, the outstanding equestrian centre welcomes both beginners and seasoned riders. Take a leisurely hack around the grounds, head off for a canter or try your hand at dressage ─ the choice is yours.

Gardens

There are so many delightful areas to explore that even the head of gardens, Terri Crow, can’t decide on her favourite place. chose from the scenic rose garden and gazebo, or perhaps the shady lime grove or the estate’s original sunken garden. Local artist Carol Peace’s beautiful bronze statues are also well worth looking out for.

Exploring

For guests looking to stay active, make the most of the walking and jogging maps as well as mountain biking, tennis, and croquet on the upper lawn. You can also look forward to delicious picnics in your favourite area of the grounds.

The summer meadow is the first view to greet you on your drive up to the mansion house and is a memorable sight to behold. It’s filled with a vibrant array of traditional English country flowers. Cornflowers, poppies and red campions create a colourful display. Wander through and enjoy at your leisure.
