Home to the Tempest Family for 900 Years, Broughton Hall is an exquisite private 3000 acre sanctuary. The Grade 1 listed Hall has been meticulously restored creating luxurious grandeur with a soft homely touch.

Exclusively yours with a state of the art wellness centre, it is the ideal haven to recharge, celebrate, inspire or re-energise.

The Avalon Spa & Wellness Centre lies within a beautiful 19th Century walled garden and is a haven for therapy sessions, meditation, yoga and spa treatments.

A space seeking to enhance living and personal development it encompasses a hyrdro thermal suite, 20m clear pool and has leading experts available for specific treatments.

In addition to Avalon there is a wonderful bistro, Utopia focusing on naturopathic, plant-based food to nourish and cleanse.


Main House
There are 16 characterful bedrooms in the house, most of them ensuite, all of them wonderfully furnished and enabling up to 32 guests to stay.

In addition to the main house there is a beautifully appointed 17th Century converted barn, Eden. Eden sleeps 11 with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property is only 5 minutes away from the main house and has a stunning terrace and hot tub.

There are a collection of further properties on the estate including a delightful hermit’s hut.

The whole estate can accommodate 60 guests throughout their properties.

Magnificent State Rooms

The magnificent state rooms in the main house, lend themselves to formal gatherings as well as being homely places to relax and enjoy a rich history of human endeavour.

The sumptuous Green Drawing Room, the impressive Library, and the warm Red Drawing room provide guests with a perfect backdrop for events, pre-dinner drinks and receptions. In total, these rooms can entertain up to 300 people.
